Welcome to Just In Time Medical Staffing! To ensure a secure and identifiable work environment, all employees are required to obtain a Just in Time Medical Staffing ID Badge.

1. Initiate Request: Contact your departmental Human Resources representative to begin the badge request process. They will assist in sending your request to the Just in Time Medical Staffing Badge Center.
2. Free Initial Badge: Your first ID badge is provided at no cost to you. It serves as a vital tool for identification within our organization.
3. Replacement Badges: Subsequent badge replacements may incur a fee, depending on the reason for replacement. Details regarding replacement fees can be obtained from your HR representative.
4. Request Expiry: Please be aware that badge requests expire 30 days after the issue date. Ensure timely initiation and completion of the request process.

• Initial Photo: Every individual issued a Just in Time Medical Staffing Badge will be photographed for their first card, or has the option to send in a professional headshot. 
• Photo Retake Conditions: Occasionally, a new photo may be required for replacement cards due to the following reasons (not limited to):
  • Two (2) or more years have passed since the last photo was taken.
  • The individual's appearance has changed significantly.
  • The quality of the current photo does not meet Just In Time Medical Staffing Badge photo standards.
• Photo Standards:
  • Photos must be an unobstructed, front view of the full face.
  • No facial or hand gestures or foreign objects should be included.
  • Hats, sunglasses, bandanas, and any obstructive clothing are not allowed, unless for valid religious or medical reasons.
  • All headwear must be removed, unless worn for valid reasons.
  • Please refer to the example Photo provided on this page.
• Retake Limitations: No picture retakes are allowed unless the picture is unusable due to closed eyes or other unforeseen problems.
